What is Junior Clinic?
Junior Clinic is a weekend orchestral opportunity for 7th, 8th, and 9th grade students. Students rehearse with a guest conductor and other students from throughout the East Tennessee region. The weekend concludes with a Saturday afternoon performance.
Auditions
Auditions for the 2007 Junior Clinic will be held at Maryville Middle School on November 3rd.
Audition requirements include sight-reading, a prepared excerpt (TBA), and required scales C, G, D, A, F, B flat, E flat.
Registration deadline: October 15, 2007. Nominal participation fee.
Clinic Dates
The clinic will be held November 16th and 17th at Carson Newman College.

What is Senior Clinic?
Senior Clinic is a weekend orchestral opportunity for 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students. Students rehearse with a guest conductor and other students from throughout the East Tennessee region. The weekend concludes with a Saturday afternoon performance.
Auditions
Auditions for the 2008 Senior Clinic will be held at South Doyle High School on January 12.
Audition requirements include sight-reading, a prepared excerpt (Click HERE to download the required excerpt), and required scales. Scales include all major and melodic minor scales through 5 sharps and 5 flats.
Registration deadline: November 23, 2007. Nominal participation fee.
Clinic Dates
Senior Clinic will be held February 7th - 9th at the Park-Vista Hotel in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
What is All State?
Top students selected from Senior Clinic perform in Nashville with other top students from Middle and West Tennessee. The 2008 All State Orchestra will be held April 16th - 19th at the Stouffer Renaissance Hotel. Nominal participation fee.
